Dwayne is a graduate of the highly recognized Geodesy and Geomatics Engineering program at the University of New Brunswick and joined IBW in 2008. Dwayne is now the manager of IBW’s Large Project division and specializes in the public sector and high tech surveying industries. Dwayne has a reputation for delivering a timely and professional product and is also known to meet very tight timelines - often exceeding even the most demanding client’s expectations.

Dwayne joined IBW as an articling student and honed his skills while articling under Dave Comery. Dwayne was also fortunate to work under Kerry Boehme in the Trenton office of IBW, where he solidified his business management skills. After two years of managing the Quinte operations, Dwayne took on a new challenge by becoming the managing O.L.S. of a new IBW branch in Peterborough.

Dwayne has three young children with his wife Jennifer and spends much of his spare time travelling to his children’s various sporting events at locations throughout the Province. Dwayne is a transplanted Nova Scotian who spends much of his yearly summer vacation visiting family in Cape Breton so his children can become familiar with their roots. Dwayne is very proud of his Cape Breton roots.
