When you meet Crystal, you will meet someone who is very proud to be the President of Ivan B. Wallace Ltd. Crystal's career started with designing forestry trunk roads in the beautiful Rocky Mountains, and her love of the outdoors led her back to University to ensure that she could progress her career in surveying. It seems her entire career was leading towards her current position with IBW, and it is one she hopes will see her into retirement.

Crystal specializes in challenging boundary retracements, condominiums, and development. She enjoys being part of a team atmosphere with her colleagues, her co-workers and with her clients. Crystal enjoys working in an ever changing environment, and looks forward to the introduction of new technology that allows her to better serve her clients. However, she also understands that technology is not the key to success - personal, reliable and timely services are the cornerstones to success.

Crystal lives in Port Hope with her husband Marc, and her two growing sons, Jacob and Ethan. She enjoys volunteering within her community and looks to volunteer where help is needed the most. She currently holds a Board position with the Green Wood Coalition - a charitable organization whose goal is to assist those individual marginalized from their community. Crystal also believes in aiding her fellow professionals, and sits on the Academic Experience Requirement Committee of the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors.

Off hours, Ms. Cranch can be found visiting various arenas across the province with her sons' hockey teams, riding her racing bike along quiet country roads, or smashing a birdie on the badminton courts.
